Skills assessment

We’ll have some kind of assessment tailored to the things you’ll be doing day to day at Bud. This could involve a take home task, presentation, skills-based interview, or a combination of these.

Values assessment

As we grow and scale its important that the people we hire align with our values, so you’ll spend some time with people outside of your hiring team so that we can get to you know and you can get to know us more broadly too.
