It took 2.5 months for a team of 3-4 developers for us to go from the first architecture discussion in Bud's offices to the first end-to-end open banking connection. Customers were able to make an open banking connection and start seeing Insights into finances driven by open banking data around one month later. We kept the roll out slow as a precaution to protect customers’ experience with Zopa Bank, but we started to notice a real change in customer adoption and engagement soon after.
